This processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the controller that is the hiring of staff for the purposes of his activity.

If your situation has the conditions specified in the announcement, you will be contacted by our Recruitment Teams within a maximum of 4 weeks. Without returning from us within this period, you may consider that your application has not been selected for this position.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 1221-8 of the French Labor Code, we inform you that the recruitment procedure used by the entities of the BENETEAU Group includes, after telephone pre-selection, an application file sent by email, several interviews, as well as a personality questionnaire whose results are given to you.

In general, your data is communicated internally to the human resources department of the data controller and to the human resources department of the other entities of the BENETEAU Group in case a recruitment corresponding to your profile is open. They are also communicated to our partners and subcontractors (in particular to the supplier of the computer tool for processing applications).

The information concerning you will be kept for the duration necessary to examine your application, paid to your employee file in case of a positive outcome, and kept in our CV library for a period of 24 months from the date of our last contact in case of negative outcome to your application.

In accordance with the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data, you have:

  • A right of access (and) rectification, deletion and portability of information about you;
  • A right of limitation and opposition to the processing of your data;
  • The possibility of sending us your instructions in order to organize the fate of the data concerning you (retention, erasure, communication to a third party, etc.) in the event of death.
